Just a speedlink post for today... this Italian tradition is a tasty Easter treat. It's called "colomba pasquale" (literally, Easter Dove) and Amelia Pane Schaffner does an incredible job detailing how to make them on her blog, Z Tasty Life. Of course, given that it's a dove, I couldn't resist including them in the blog! Made some yesterday and ARE they DELISH!
